Modern Slavery Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective date: 29 May 2026 · Voluntary statement

OnXR Ltd is below the £36m turnover threshold at which a section 54 statement is mandatory under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily, aligned with HMG procurement standards, to be transparent about our approach.

1. Our commitment

OnXR Ltd has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labour in our operations and supply chain. We expect the same standard from our suppliers, contractors, partners and resellers.

2. Our business and supply chain

OnXR Ltd is a UK-based technology company providing the OnXR Spatial Intelligence Platform to regulated industries in the UK and Europe. Our supply chain is predominantly UK and EU-based and is concentrated in: cloud infrastructure (AWS UK and EU), software vendors, professional services, capture-hardware OEM partners and office services. We do not operate manufacturing facilities and do not use low-cost-country sourcing for labour-intensive goods.

3. Policies

All employees, contractors and directors are bound by OnXR's standards of conduct, which prohibit any form of modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking. Our supplier engagement process expects suppliers to confirm their own compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (or equivalent) where applicable.

4. Due diligence

For material supplier engagements we ask the supplier to confirm: (a) compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 or equivalent legislation in their jurisdiction, (b) a documented anti-slavery policy, and (c) the right to audit relevant records on reasonable notice. We re-assess material suppliers at renewal.

5. Training and awareness

All OnXR employees and directors are briefed on the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as part of onboarding. We will refresh that briefing at least annually.

6. Reporting concerns

Anyone with a concern about modern slavery, human trafficking or forced labour in OnXR's operations or supply chain may raise it confidentially to the directors at our contact form. Concerns can also be reported to the UK Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.

7. Approval

This statement is made on behalf of OnXR Ltd and approved by the Board of Directors. It will be reviewed and republished annually.
