These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of onxr.co.uk and any related public OnXR web content (together, "the Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is intended for business users; consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unlikely to apply to use of the Site. These Terms do not govern the use of the OnXR Spatial Intelligence Platform itself; access to the platform is governed by a separate written Master Subscription Agreement entered into between OnXR and the customer.

The Site is operated by OnXR Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15927771) with its registered office at Arena Offices, 100 Berkshire Place, GF33, Winnersh, Berkshire, RG41 5RD, United Kingdom. References to "OnXR", "we", "us" and "our" mean OnXR Ltd.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, design and source code, is the property of OnXR Ltd or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The OnXR name, OnXR logo and Spatial Intelligence Platform are trademarks of OnXR Ltd. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal business use only. Other than this you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, perform, display, sell, or otherwise exploit the Site or any part of it without our prior written consent.

4. No contract or advice formed via the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information about OnXR's products and services. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, professional, or technical advice, or an offer to enter into a contract. No contract for the supply of OnXR products or services is formed by your use of the Site or by submitting an enquiry through it. Any commercial relationship is subject to OnXR's written Master Subscription Agreement and an executed order form.

We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the Site is free from errors or omissions, that it will be uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnXR makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites, are not responsible for their content, and the inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the paragraph above, OnXR shall not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with use of the Site for: any loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Subject to the two paragraphs above, OnXR's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with their use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

Personal data submitted through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and OnXR agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
