A handheld scan builds the photoreal 3D twin. Hygiene hotspots do not move, so drains, benches and conveyor frames are scanned in place and capture fits between production runs.
UV-excited fluorescence carries the hygiene signal, biofilm and organic residue on food-contact surfaces. Near-infrared and short-wave infrared reflectance carries moisture, standing water and surface composition.
Your team keeps swabbing as normal. We line up each swab result against what the risk map said for that surface at that time and score it, line by line, shift by shift, until the map is calibrated to your plant and the numbers hold up.
Once proven, imaging becomes the continuous monitor and swabbing drops back to a light periodic assurance check. Date-stamped 3D records, cleaning verification and swab history sit in one pack.
